• 9-4pm Vendor set up

• 12pm-1pm volunteer meeting

• 1-6pm Registered item drop off window

• 6-8pm VIP shopping hour for volunteers 

April 26th: 

• 9am-5pm Expo + Swap OPEN

April 27th: 

• 9am-4pm Expo + Swap OPEN

• 4-7pm Vendor break down

• 5-7pm Unsold item pick up window- all items that remain will be donated to BEA for youth programs, or Bend Bicycle Resource
